Inscan was originally acquired in 1982 by the senior management of the construction division at the Johns-Manville Corporation. Recent restructuring led to the Incorporation of Inscan Contractors Inc. in 2016, with the company continuing to operate under its long term management and organizational structure.

Inscan Contractors Inc. announces that Operations Manager Chris Paszkat and General Foreman Adam Wells are now Certified Thermal Insulation Inspectors™. To achieve certification, they had to meet experience and knowledge requirements to be accepted into a rigorous 4-day training program held by the National Insulation Association (NIA), and then pass multiple examinations. As Certified Thermal Insulation Inspectors, they are qualified to inspect and verify that both the materials used and the total insulation system are installed correctly, in accordance with project specifications.
